We are fortunate to have five wonderful hygienist with significant experience who all bring unique qualities to our office. Our hygienist, Cretia, Elena, Molly, Sheri, and Windy, have 35 years of combined experience. They stay abreast of new advances in periodontics and dentistry throughout the year. Their enthusiasm in improving patients overall health by improving oral health is obvious.

They are all great sources of information if you have any questions about any aspects of dentistry when you are in for your periodontal maintenance or recare visits. As they will all tell you, your quality of life can be improved by healthy teeth and gums.

Molly Colonna, RDH
Molly Colonna graduated from Allegany College of Maryland with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2003. Prior to receiving her dental hygiene degree, Molly worked with Dr. Morgan and Associates as a dental assistant and front desk. She has been with the practice for 11 years. She is an active member of ADHA, MDHA, and SMDHA. She is also a member of the Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the Mechanicsville Optimist Club.

Windy Hayes, RDH
Windy Hayes graduated from Howard University with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1996. Prior to obtaining her dental hygiene degree, Windy worked as a dental assistant in Southern Maryland. She Joined Dr. Morgan and Associates about 10 years ago and has had experience with our general, pediatric, and periodontal patients. Windy resides in Southern Maryland with her husband, Bill, two children, Diane and Wade, and her pets. She serves on the Board of Missions and Ministry at St.Pauls Lutheran Church. She enjoys dental seminars and is interested in the medical/dental connection and the "holistic" approach to dentistry. Her hobbies include the great oudoors, hiking, kayaking, and horseback riding. Our quality of life can be improved by healthy teeth and gums. She is an active member of ADHA, MDHA, and SMDHA.

Sheri Kaylor, RDH
Sheri Kaylor graduated from Allegany College of Maryland with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1994. She has been with Dr. Morgan and Associates since 2001. She resides in Mechanicsville with her husband and two children.

Elena Bernui Roy, RDH
Elena Bernui Roy graduated from Old Domion University in 1980 with a B.S, in Dental Hygiene. After graduating she has practiced in dental offices in Prince Georges, Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary's Counties. She also spent one year in offices in Denver, Colorodo. Elena has been with Dr. Morgan and associates for 10 years. She currently resides in Newberg with her husband, George, and four sons, ages 6 to 22 years old.

Cretia Swan, RDH
Cretia Swan began working at Dr. Morgan and Associates while attending Chopticon High School. At that time she was trained as a sterilization assistant and subsequently developed a love for dentistry. After high school Cretia attended Allegany College of Maryland where she graduated in 1998 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Cretia then returned to Dr. Morgan and Associates as full time dental hygienist and was instrumental in developing the OSHA program that is used today. She resides in St. Mary's County with her husband, Dave, and 3 year old son, Ben.
