Luke M Morgan, DDS
Dr. Morgan is proud to be a second-generation Dentist serving the Southern Maryland area. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry (Baltimore) in 2004. Prior to dental school, Dr. Morgan received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with Chemistry at Goucher College in Baltimore County. From 2004-2005 he completed a dental residency program at the Washington, D.C. Veterans Administration Hospital, and the Washington Hospital Center Oral Surgery Department.
Currently Dr. Morgan serves as Chair of the Maryland State Dental Association Continuing Education Committee. Dr. Morgan also has served in other organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Church Council and his community HOA board.
In his free time Dr. Morgan enjoys time spent with his family as well as fishing, boating and pretty much anything to get out on the water!
Dr. Morgan, his wife Lindsay, and two daughters reside in Edgewater, MD.
Donald Parker, DDS Dr. Parker is a lifelong native of Maryland, growing up in St. Mary's County. He attended UMBC for an undergraduate Biology B.S. degree. He also received a Master's degree from Johns Hopkins University in Biotechnology. Dr. Parker graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2011 with a DDS and has practiced in St. Mary's County since.
Since 2016 Dr. Parker has incorporated 3D printing into our offices standard practice. By including 3D printing into our practices, Dr. Parker is able to produce dental appliances with superior accuracy and reliability.
In 2021, Dr. Parker partnered in the practice Luke M. Morgan, DDS & Associates.
Dr. Parker lives in St. Mary's County with his wife and three kids.
Diondre L. Venable, DDS
Diondre L. Venable, DDS joined our practice in April 2022 after relocating to the area. Originally from Farrell, PA, Dr. Venable attended Bowling Green State University in Ohio where he graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry/Pre-Dental. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, TN in 2013.
He, then, was commissioned as a Captain in the United States Army Dental Corps. Dr. Venable completed a 1-Year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Fort Carson, CO in 2015. He was fortunate to have served with the 10th Mountain Division in Fort Drum, NY and has completed a deployment in Afghanistan. He was honorably discharged from the US Army in 2018 with Fort Belvoir, VA being his last duty station.
Dr. Venable has 10 years of experience in the field of dentistry and has practiced in the US Army, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and now Maryland.
Joseph M Vargas, DDS
Dr. Vargas attended The University of Maryland, College Park for his undergraduate degree. He then went on to The University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in May 2008. Dr. Vargas joined our practice part time in 2013.
Dr. Vargas resides in Crofton with his wife and three children.
Ridge M Gilley, DDS
Dr. Ridge Gilley has 30+ years of dental experience. He is a board certified periodontist treating all aspects of problems with the gingiva (gum tissue) and bone that support the teeth. In addition, he has extensive experience in dental implants to include a full range of surgical procedures to place dental implants and augment areas with deficient bone to facilitate dental implant placement.
Dr. Gilley recently finished a 30 year career with the United States Air Force. During his time in the Air Force, he has maintained a robust clinical practice and for the last 17 years has been on the teaching staff at the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residencies at Andrews & Bolling Air Force Bases.
Dr. Gilley is also an adjunct faculty member for the Department of Periodontics, Naval Postgraduate Dental School, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda MD
